From years of sitting with Swami Bawra, we gained an appreciation for the grounding effect of a powerful philosophy. Knowledge is a companion to practice. Our guru’s analysis and inspiration are unique and a pleasure to share with others. The name of the meditation is Mahayoga, a congruence of breath, mind, intention, and surrender. |

These meditations are offered in a variety of venues from series of classes to guest teachers. The classes serve as CEU’s for Yoga Teachers, support for practitioners, and will be integrated into the 500 level Yoga Alliance registered advanced training. |
